SoulCollage® I am a SoulCollage® Facilitator offering workshops in this dynamic, fun and inspiring technique for self-discovery and integration. Using found images, scissors and glue, we each create a vibrant deck of our own personal SoulCollage® cards. These cards become visual representations of our inner lives, our communities, and the larger world. Developed by social worker, Seena Frost, this is an relaxing and intuitive process that all can enjoy and benefit from.
Upcoming workshops: Seasonal Open Studios Four times a year I open up the studio for card making. We'll gather at the beginning and the end, and I will be available to answer questions and provide support, but aside from that, it's free creative time. All are welcome to join regardless of prior experience.
Cost is $35 for each 3.5 hour session, all materials are included. Refreshments will be provided.

SoulCollage® is a powerful tool for accessing and integrating memories, emotions and personal histories that are asking for attention. It can also help us navigate current life challenges and set intentions for future growth. This series will be an opportunity to spend several months engaged in the process and in connection with other participants.
