I am a SoulCollage® facilitator offering workshops in this dynamic technique for self-discovery. Using simple materials, we each create a vibrant deck of our own personal 5x8" SoulCollage® cards. These cards become visual representations of our inner lives, our communities, and the larger world. Developed by the late social worker Seena Frost, this is a relaxing, playful and intuitive process that is open to anyone who has an interest in exploring. |

SoulCollage® is a creative process that facilitates meaning-making, storytelling and access to inner wisdom. With scissors, glue and images you choose, create your own unique SoulCollage® cards. The process is fun, playful, and restorative. It is great for building connections and community. No artistic ability required. Bring your curiosity, and open mind, and a willingness to explore. The event is free. Registration is required.
This program is being offered in collaboration with Yarmouth Community Services and Merrill Memorial Library at the 20 Mill St. Yarmouth, Maine Community Center location.
